Lotto New Zealand: A Workplace That Celebrates the Brand

Lotto New Zealand needed a head office that matched the energy and optimism of its brand. RD was engaged to deliver a complete office fit-out that would transform the workplace into a vibrant, brand-immersive environment. As the single point of responsibility, RD lead the design, construction, and project management from concept through to completion.

Working in close collaboration with Lotto NZ stakeholders, we developed an interior design vision that translates the brand’s bold colourful identity into a cohesive spatial experience across every zone. The fit-out encompasses a dramatic reception with living green wall and dynamic zigzag fluted glass wall, open-plan collaboration zones, quiet focus pods, and a fully kitted-out retail showcase and learning area.

Lotto NZ’s brand language is woven into the detaila: bespoke patterned curtains, geometric carpet tiles, colourful locker walls, laser-cut acoustic screening panels, and playfully branded meeting rooms. As both designer and builder, we ensured seamless coordination between design intent and construction delivery, resulting in a workplace that is as functional as it is visually striking.
