Due to a period of significant, exciting growth, we have the exciting opportunity for a Despatch / Truck Driver to join our team based in Henderson.

As a Despatch / Truck Driver at Retail Dimension Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. This hybrid position combines the responsibilities of production team member (30%) and truck driver (70%). You’ll need to be flexible, proactive, and committed to upskilling as part of our team. Your primary goal is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products to our valued clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• Safely operating trucks to transport our customized products to clients.
• Maintaining a record of safe driving and adhere to road safety regulations.
• Efficiently picking, packing, and dispatching orders to meet client expectations.
• Collaborating with the production team to balance workloads and meet production schedules.
• Participating in skills development and training programs to enhance your capabilities.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and production environment.
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere, focusing on safety and quality.

• Proven experience as a truck driver with a record of safe driving.
• Flexibility and adaptability to balance production and driving responsibilities.
• Basic numeric and mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Reliable transportation and a current and full driver’s license.
• Must hold current Class 2 Truck Licence.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience, Despatch and Delivery preferably within organisations manufacturing merchandising, signage, and display products for business clients.
