RD provides a comprehensive turnkey solution for retail and office fitouts. Our services include initial ideation and spatial planning, cost management, council compliance, and the manufacture of all soft fitout elements within our own facility. Throughout the fitout process, we effectively manage the entire journey, engaging subcontractors, creating detailed project programs, and ensuring clear communication. We also prioritize health and safety standards.

While we offer a “one-stop shop” solution, we also provide clients with the flexibility to pick and choose from our menu of services. This means we can work with a variety of client-nominated partners, such as architects, branding agencies, and base builders.

RD services all regions of New Zealand where our clients operate. We have a documented and robust process in place for managing our subcontractor network, which is available for review at any time. We also have our own internal installation team and dedicated build crews that can be utilized nationwide as needed.

We have partnered with Thinkstep-ANZ, a global leader in sustainability consultancy, to provide us with consultancy services that help us understand sustainability and create a roadmap towards our sustainability goals. As a founding signatory and part of the CEO steering group within the Climate Leaders Coalition, Thinkstep has been instrumental in assisting us to deliver sustainable projects for our clients.
